Ingredients
 2 cups frozen peaches
 ½ cup cashews
 12 oz tofu (firm or silken depending on texture preference)
 ¼ cup agave, maple syrup or honey (to taste)
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 1 probiotic capsule (optional)

Blend everything together on a high speed setting until very, very, verrry smooth.
