This Peanut Butter and Banana Nice Cream is only 4 ingredients! It's absolutely divine and is dairy-free, vegan and ready in under 10 minutes flat! Sprinkle with smashed dark chocolate and eat immediately!
Place frozen banana slices, peanut butter, and 1/2 cup almond milk into a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend on high until a smooth consistency has formed. Add more almond milk if it's too thick.
Add half of the sliced chocolate and pulse to combine.
Eat immediately for soft-serve style, or refrigerate for another 2-3 hours for a firmer consistency.
Sprinkle more sliced chocolate on top and drizzle with peanut butter to serve.
